Medically managed weight loss consult about our different weight loss programs and which one is right for you! Our consultation is done in office and will take approximately 1 hour. Please bring most recent labs with you if done in the last 45 days. If you don't have any blood work don't worry we can order them for you at no cost for becoming a member with us.

Cancellation Policy

We have a firm $50 fee for no show, late cancel policy for late cancels after 24 hours, and no show appointments.
